Complete Production Solutions is a full service accounting and business affairs production company operating in the Toronto film and television sector. Started in 2009, the company was dreamt up by Jim Sternberg as a response to his need for full-service accounting on one of his film sets. Now that he’s approaching retirement age, Jim wants to make sure the business has evolved before handing it off to a successor. He also wants to balance the contentment of his employees with the security of his family.
