Movie 1 (Scene 1-3): Clarifying Roles Alain Is a radio frequency engineer who invented an innovative multi-band communicator for public safety. He launched his business less than a year ago. NRC asked him to find a mentor in order to improve the business plan and find innovative ways to secure funding. Michael, is a Navy Sgt. who was was introduced to Alain by Futurpreneur 3 months ago. The mentoring relationship has been working great as Alain has had success from following Michael's advice. Recently Alain has asked Michael to help him conduct some research about public safety market … Michael is sensing that Alain is exploiting his leadership by having him help with projects. He has requested to meet with Alain to clarify their roles, to give Alain some advice on how to proceed and to connect him with a colleague. Movie 2 (Scene 4): Assumptions and Expectations Suzan is a fashion designer (clothes for young business women). She needs help for commercialization of its first winter collection. Alain, a high-tech goto market expert, was introduced to Suzan by Futurepreneur. Alain fears that it will difficult to mentor Suzan since he knows nothing about fashion
