Reintegration of David into the Classroom

Description

A 12 year old child, David, from a low income family is being reintegrated into school following cancer treatment. Different professions such as Psychology, Nursing, Social Work and Child and Youth Care are coming together to help with the successful reintegration of David back into school. Conflict arises when the different disciplines have varying opinions on how this should look. School and hospital based views are in disagreement over how to proceed.
