Group 1 - Food Security

Description

Terence comes home from school very hungry after a long day. Anu, his single mother does not have any food to prepare for her as she is tight with money due to a lack of hours at work. Anu tells Terence they are going to have to go to their local soup kitchen for dinner. Meanwhile, Aman and Abdul are at their real estate office discussing properties to sell. Abdul realizes Aman is leaning towards selling the building which houses the soup kitchen that Abdul happens to volunteer at. Abdul convinces Aman to come by and check it out before making a decision. On his way, Aman meets Megan on the street, a teenager struggling to find food as she is living between houses. Each of the characters then meet at the soup kitchen where they are served dinner.
