The setting takes place at Children for Today, a facility for children who are living with various physical and developmental disabilities. The facility supports 30 children who live at the facility, along with a team of nurses, social workers, doctors, dieticians, and personal support workers. The Children for Today multidisciplinary team includes physical therapy, pain management, counselling, and therapeutic recreation. Children for Today has been running their programs out of the same building for 13 years and their team has remained the same. The company was recently sold to investors, which has resulted in several changes to the building and cuts to the program. CEO, Eric Hamilton, has given the team of Children of Today a new opportunity: Mr. Hamilton has proposed that he will give us the new space they are wanting, if they promote the new drug, Onxi.
