Our movie is called "The Roommate Placement Debate" and it's about 5 roommates who disagree on whether student placements should be paid or unpaid. The tension about the topic rises until everyone storms off. It is now up to Mila to moderate between everyone and get them to resolve the conflict of their differing perspectives The movie displays avoidance, compromising/collaboration, conflict resolution, cognitive resolution, and behavioural resolution
