Description

This conflict takes place in a warehouse where there are workers including Khyber, a supervisor who is Jehoshaphat and the safety officer who is Thomas. Khyber and Jehoshaphat get into a conflict and try co communicate to reach a common ground but fail too as they were both looking at eachother's faults. Thomas walks in as the mediator and helps transform the conflict through communication, and expressing the needs and wants of both sides which ended up a plan that resolved the conflict.
