Team 1: Community Committee Conflict

Description

Taking place in a local youth centre in Toronto, community health nurses, a public health worker, a caseworker, and a finance administrator have a committee meeting to discuss a program that they will be launching for the youth in the community. The goal of this program is to address an issue that is prevalent within the youth population, however they all have conflicting ideas. The different disciplines argue about what they believe is more important to the community, creating rising tensions and conflict. The team needs to try to make a decision while solving their conflict.
