A Workplace conflict over a promotion

Description

Two friends have been up for a promotion within their workplace. They are very good friends, and they both believe they deserve the promotion. When the person that has been selected for the promotion was announced, it has created awkwardness, and hostility within the office. This has created a divide between the two friend, but also put co-workers in the middle of the conflict.
