Description

Five hospital staff members from different disciplines gather to discuss their new digital medical record system. What begins as lighthearted comments about a confusing training video escalates into a heated argument, fueled by professional pressures, assumptions, and poor listening. Each character voices concerns through the lens of their discipline: patient care, equity, finances, system functionality, or environmental safety. Tensions peak as interruptions and emotional responses intensify, culminating in a chaotic "System Overload." Through active listening and empathy, the team realizes their shared goal is protecting patients and improving the hospital environment and collaboratively devises practical solutions.
