COVID-19 Budget Conflict

Please view at x2 speed. The government is allocating funds to different sectors in response to the COVID-19 outbreak. A meeting is arranged with representatives from each sector to budget the funds. The difficulty to allocate the funds become apparent when each sector believes they deserve a larger portion of the budget. The government representatives mediate the conflict by allowing representatives from each sector to argue their cause. The conflict arises when the professionals from each sector begin to argue over each other essentially failing to listen to one another as well.
