Group 4 - Stroke

Description

David recently had a stroke and now is adapting to life post stroke. Him and his wife Maria have been struggling to continue their daily lives dealing with their own personal problems. Charlotte is a program director at their local community centre and is developing a program tailored to members of the community dealing with the aftermaths of stroke.
