Leadership You are the Minister of Health and you are about to announce the party platform for re-election. What leadership style do you adopt and how does it work? Our team took a creative approach to this topic. We had the MoH debate alongside a party member about the leadership styles to use for the re-election platform. The MoH hopes for a shared leadership style, whereas, their opposing party member aspires to lead a campaign with transformational leadership qualities. At the end, we ask that you, the viewers, to vote which leadership style you'd think would be best for the upcoming re-election!
