Team 6 - The Community Gateway Health Centre has recently had a change in Administration; this has led to budget cuts, which will affect all program/service delivery. As an interdisciplinary team, frontline staff are required to work together on a new budget and determine what programs and services stay and which ones get cut. All disciplines will have to work cohesively together but unsure of the value each member brings to the organization. Each staff feels their programs/services are of importance and, therefore, should not be cut.
