Team 6: Different Sides

Description

Two nurses are disregarding a patient’s physical injury, while the nurse manager calls in the social workers to ask the patient questions with regards to her physical injuries. However, the two nurses do not believe it is necessary for the social workers to be called in. The nurse manager is concerned and conflict stems from power imbalance, particularly around goal and role conflict.
