Chaos to Collaboration at True Support Shelter

Description

The Interdisciplinary team at True Support Shelter has received some great news at their monthly budgetary meeting: an additional member has joined the team and a generous donation has been made resulting in extra funds to allocate to their area of choice! Unfortunately, the team cannot seem to collectively agree on how to distribute the funding towards a potentially new resource that will soon be available at the shelter. With each member favouring their discipline over each other, the conversation quickly escalates into a verbal argument. Fortunately, with the help of their newest member, the team demonstrates active listening, role valuing, and collaboration, ultimately leading to a win-win resolution for all!
