An interdisciplinary team comes together to discuss potential changes and next steps that can be implemented within the youth shelter to further assist children leaving care. As conversations during the meeting progress, different ideologies between the interdisciplinary team stirs conflict as their beliefs are tied with emotion to their respective disciplines.
