Description

Save our M.V.P.s (Most Vulnerable Persons) - conflict in trying to make a safe environment for the neighborhood's youth. Street gangs are becoming a threat, parents are concerned and have elected a representative to speak on their behalf. A specialist in rehabilitation programs for youths is present, as is a member of the O.P.P. Youth Crime Division.
