Team 2: Bridging Perspectives

Description

A group of students, each pursuing different disciplines, gather around a table for a dinner party. The topic of discussion turns to mental health challenges and the most effective communication styles to support individuals with such challenges in their present/future workplaces. Subsequently, conflict arises and also deescalates during the discussion about which communication styles and practices are better: data-driven and evidence-based aspects or emotional and empathetic approaches.
