Team 4: The Jail House Dispute

Description

Four friends are attending a dinner party. Kevin (the journalist) has just obtained a new position with a broadcast agency. He suggests putting the channel on to show his friends what he’s been working on. While watching, a newscast runs stating that a new prison will be built close to an elementary school. After the jail is built, prisoners will be given supervised jobs allowing them to clean garbage and debris off the streets in turn for a reduction of hours. The friends have mixed feelings on this project and begin to debate the development of the prison.
