Description

the general manager of the hospital runs a grant competition in the hospital ($50,000). She says that whoever can propose the best idea, will win the funding for their program. This causes conflict because both parties believe that their program requires the funding. Both the nurses and social workers are passionate about helping their patients and don't even want to hear what the other party is proposing.
