Description

An Unexpected Formation The City of Toronto wants to redevelop an area over the next year. While most of the land will be zoned for residential, there is one small area that is being allocated for commercial. On this parcel of land the city will construct a one-storey 4000 square foot building that will be the home to an organization. Three organizations who know one another from previous partnerships have approached the City of Toronto and have submitted applications explaining what they would use the space for and why they should be entitled to it.
