Description

A meeting takes place in a high school in Toronto to decide whether the school should convert to providing only vegan meals in the cafeteria to promote veganism. Maleeha, a Registered Dietitian, promotes eating meat and for the school to remain unchanged with their meals. Yeonjoon, a high school ecology teacher who is against animal agriculture and eating meat, tries to convince members of the high school community to follow a vegan diet for the benefit of the environment. Jessica, a representative of the parent-guardian body of the students, describes challenges associated with the change and suggests alternatives.
