The movie recorded a planning meeting at the Aging Well Community Centre as the program director, Paul McPaul, gathered input from Dr. Unbroken Bones, Geriatrician, University Health Network, and Mrs. Suffering, a senior living with osteoporosis. The interview with Mrs. Suffering was conducted via video chat. Paul elicited the feedback to plan for the health promotion and awareness program 'Osteoporosis and You.'
