Team 5: Moving Locations

Description

Our team members work for a non-for-profit organization called Thrive Therapy to improve mental health accessibility for post secondary students. The team decided to host an event to fund its initiatives. The group has planned and sent out flyers to host the event at the Pillsbury Street Venue, where the team hosted their last few events. Management steps in at the last minute to change the venue to Red Rover Blvd Venue due to a change in the event’s final budget. However, details of the location of the event have already been sent out through email, print, and social media. Eventually the group properly collaborates to manage the conflict.
