Description

This movie depicts an initial brainstorming meeting for a study commissioned into the food security situation of a particular low-income urban community. The intended outcome of these sessions is to establish priority needs for the study, so that it is reflective of the needs of the community and fulfills the requirements of those who have commissioned it. Those in attendance include: members of the community in question, who represent diverse needs and concerns with food security; an employee of the local community health centre; the City Councillor for the ward; and the head researcher for the project.
