Return-to-work Resistance

Description

A community organization that has operated on a hybrid work model since the pandemic announces that all employees must return to the office five days a week. Management believes the policy will improve teamwork and communication, while many employees believe the decision ignores work-life balance and other issues that one may face. An interdisciplinary team is asked to discuss the policy and recommend whether it should be implemented as planned or modified.
