Description

Under mandate from the MOHLTC, senior management of two hospitals must merge their emergency departments. Southeast General will be losing its emergency department and St. Mary's will need to accommodate the overflow. Group E developed a strategy to face this change included in Scene 1, 2, 3 and 4.
