Description
Our scenario involves a store manager named Sofia Quiroz who is passionate, understanding, upbeat and very easy going. Sofia has been a manager at Posh boutique for over four years. The Christmas season is fast approaching so she decided to hire another cashier named Cruella to help speed up the process for customers. Cassandra, a full-time employee has been with the company for two years is starting to lack motivation, not meeting her sales goals and becoming lazy. A regular and loyal customer, Andrea has become extremely impatient with Cruella’s service while she was being cashed out. Cruella not only put Andrea’s transaction on hold to attend to a phone call but she is extremely slow and accidently charged Andrea for two items when she only purchased one. It is Sofia’s job as a manager to calm Andrea down and make sure her needs are being met and that she has a pleasant experience at Posh. Sofia also has to motivate Cassandra who has been providing mediocre service lately and help develop and attend to Cruella’s needs and lack of skills.
